When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its secure operation.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website). This data is not merged with other data sources.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for analytics, tracking or advertising purposes. No reach measurement and no profiling take place. Should an analytics service be used in the future, this policy will be updated in advance and — where required — your consent will be obtained.
4. Fonts
Typography is rendered using fonts loaded via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the website).
5. Applications and contact enquiries
You can send me your details via the forms on this website (bootcamp application, team workshop enquiry). The forms open your email programme with a prepared message; the transmission therefore takes place by email to info@annahalmer.com. Your entries are not stored on this website.
The data you provide (e.g. name, email address, company, role, information about your request) is processed exclusively to handle your enquiry or application and to carry out pre-contractual measures. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your enquiry will be deleted as soon as it has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Recipients and processors
A hosting provider is used to operate the website and processes data on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. An email service is used for email communication. Your data is not passed on to third parties beyond this unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
